Residential Condo Units - Saint Louis, MO
Proposal for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units in the upscale urban Clayton area of Saint Louis. The project explores issues of housing and gathering through the notion of a singular wall which anchors the living units. The wall acts on a number of levels: as a separation between public & private, a datum to which each unit connects, a place where circulation occurs, a location for utilities and services, a primary structural support, and passive heat radiation and air circulation.
