Nashville Gurdwara (Sikh Religious Center)

Conceptual design of the new Sikh religious center in Nashville, TN. CHAATRIK Architecture was involved in the early design and planning process. Capturing the essence of natural landscape, the aim of the design was to heighten a spiritual experience through a view of the surrounding mountains and journey through cascading volumes into the main sanctuary space. Due to budget and scheduling issues, the project was not constructed. Design: Summer 2012.
